this home needs to be tore down. complete eye sore. city cuts the grass once in awhile. Lot of cats, raccoons and rats not mice rats have been seen. I contacted Land Bank no luck getting the property up in courts. Large tree in yard needs to be cut down it is going to fall on some ones home and I am afraid it might be mine.
