Just witnessed this "officer" park his vehicle in a no parking spot, the white man gets out, is in his gym clothes, grabs his gym bag and wlaks across the street to workout at Target Center Lifetime. ummm...why is he driving a tax payer funded vehicle to workout, and why is he parking it in a no parking zone when not on "official duty"??
