whipple st from osborne to middle st ,
can use a stop sign on whipple to make motorists stop right at berkeley st .
reasons we had a child hit when he was on going down berkeley on skateboard . car hit him when traveling on whipple ,stop sign maybe could have prevented this..
also to slow down motorists on whipple for protection of the residents living here from their cars being sideswiped which happens frequently
