I have sent Marcus.Pugh@okc.gov a video showing that I had the exact same issue again today... The very next time I went through the intersection.

Same issue. Still changing for no reason and stopping the flow of actual traffic.

Another video. This one showing a crowd of people traveling North on Walker, all getting a red light for no reason. You can see several people just run it, as everyone knows this light is totally pointless. Several more people got stopped by it for no reason. Pointlessly. The City talks about trying to be more green and working on traffic flows, but this is a great example, and I have not been hearing anything back on it except that it seemed fine to you. Yet, I am not having to go out of my way to video these. Just filming every once in a while on my drive to work. It captures the same problem each time because it happens EVERY DAY.
