There is a metal cover that is about 8 inches in diameter. Upside down sticking upwards above the road about 4 to 5 inches.... could possibly give a car a flat or make a motorcycle crash if they can't avoid it in time.. it's located in between martin brower company and Band C cabinet company in the east bound lane
