Along Ponderosa Drive heading towards Rio Grande Blvd, there are several residences with wooden fences that are missing planks, creating large holes/gaps where their animal could get through and harm myself and/or my dog when I am walking by on the Ponderosa Dr. sidewalk. Right now, I do not feel safe walking by their properties on the public sidewalk since their dogs are aggressively barking and sticking their faces through the gaps as I am walking by. I am urging the City of College Station to please advise the residents to make timely repairs to their fences to ensure a safe route for myself and others to pass by on the public sidewalk, and to avoid liability for personal injury sustained as a result of the tenant and/or homeowner's negligence.
