Totaling plugged and disgusting toilet in women's room at Maxwell Park. Can someone please get to it right away. I emailed earlier, but was told this way is faster. We had a problem in the past weeks with the women's room being locked while the men's was open. I don't know if the toilet may have had a series of problems or not. This is a very heavily used restroom both because of added service people in the neighborhood. Nancy Karigaca
