Big pile of trash, several bags, opened and contents blowing about. Blocking sidewalk.
I guess the dumpers know no one but I will report in front of such a poorly zoned street. I am still at a loss as to how this junk yard managed a permit to operate there when its difficult just to plan a tree a block away.
