I eat breakfast nearly every day on Main St and then hang out with friends at night on Main St, with that being said, the speed that cars travel at is way too fast, I think the speed limit should be lowered to 10 MPH--, also there should be strictly enforced truck traffic, vehicles towing boats and assorted other things. Perhaps ongoing police patrols during the day and also at night for at least a few weeks would seem appropriate to at lease create some sort of an omnipresence. How much did the village spend this year doing brick paver repairs? less weight from truck traffic would definitely lower the yearly needed repairs. thank you for your consideration.
