ABSOLUTELY, 100%!! Where are their parents?!?! Every time i drive down the street I literally have to go 5mph- they really do just dart out. One of them is going to get hit, no doubt in my mind, probably from someone just driving appropriately, and it will be the child and the parent's fault. Especially that blonde boy, they don't even look before running into the street
