Description

The "all red" as this signal changes from the 24 off ramp to Claremont phase is 0 seconds. I almost got hit by someone running the red light at high speed coming off the off ramp as I began my crossing on the East leg of the intersection. Please reevaluate the all red timing for this location and extend so there is greater separation between phases.
