This issue was reported at the end of March 2015, on April 7 2015 the issue was closed and the area was declared cleaned up.

It has never been cleaned up and it's been active the whole time. This Saturday that just passed, the Residents of Sandford Ave had the pleasure of Dump Trucks rolling up and
down the street, then up and down the Railroad Bed.

Plus the Dust and Mud the Residents of Sandford Ave have
had to deal with For Months!

On May 8 2015 31 days after the issue was close and declared clean up "it never was or has been" This area of concern was reported this to the NJDEP Case # 556765.

This area is Mapped as a AE 100 year Flood Zone, Mash Area and a Tidal Area.

Moving soil never mind storing 1000's of yards of soil in a Flood Hazard Area requires a NJDEP Permit.

I'm sure what some might conceder a Waste or Soil Transfer Station would also need NJDEP Permits, Town Approvals / Zoning and Approvals from the Meadowlands Commission.

The area that being used is also listed as Private Property
acording to the NJ Tax Block and Lot Number Map, I mIght
say they don't known about, and if they did would not allow it.

Block 275 Lot: 1.01
Block: 275 Lot: 2.02
Block 275 Lot: 1.02
Block: 272 Lot: 19
Block 272 Lot: 20
Block: 275 Lot: 2.01

It would be in Public's best entrust and Health, it also may save the Township from emarrsment and legal fees to have the Contractor that is using this area to stop and turn this Area back to its Natural State immediately.
