The traffic light is turning red at the old Cloverleaf Mall even though no one is coming out of the mall parking lot. I'm talking about 4:30am - 6:00am.
It also turns red again after about 2 minutes.
Could someone please check this?

Is anyone coming to fix this light.
Nothing has been done.
1st light going west on Midlothian Turnpike at old Cloverleaf Mall.

Nothing has been done about this yet.
I would like to know how long it takes.
Very sad waiting at the light at this time of the morning, when NOTHING is coming out of the old Cloverleaf Mall.
I'm talking about the 1st light heading west on Midlothian Turnpike at Chippenham.
