Pipe going underneath the road is clogged and no water will pass through. Causing drain water to spill over.

This is a continual water / sludge and trash back up which floods the area and home around the pipe.

The subject pipes (2 parallel) are private. It appears that they are actually located on property of 1455 Lincoln Pkwy, which is a commercial building across the creek from the George Town Pool. The maintenance responsibility would need to be worked out between the two owners
