Surrounding houses on schoenherr, bringard/pelkey, and next door to my property on pelkey have been throwing trash and debris into my backyard. The city cut down trees that separated my backyard from the alley against my protest, which allows people that dump in the alley, to subsequently dump over the property line in my backyard. This was discovered during yard work approximately a week ago. There is wood, bicycles, buckets, small logs and other miscellaneous debris that's been left/dumped. I am trying to maintenance my property, and to find this is unacceptable.
