Looks like the new bike traffic signal on eastbound W MacArthur just past San Pablo was struck, and is now turned and no longer visible from the bicycle left turn pocket in the San Pablo median. Please fix. Also, the "stop here on red" sign oriented toward cyclists in the turn pocket blocks the view of northbound cross traffic on San Pablo. This could be very dangerous when a driver runs the red light.
