Description

I have tenants living in a house and my neighbors are complaining they are doing construction at all hours of the nights. My husband went over there and asked if they pulled permits and they rudely answered no and said they didn't have to. The whole inside of the house is gutted And loud noises all day so I KNOW they need permits. Please help as this is a nuisance to my tenants and I .
