Every weekend (and some week days) between 8:00pm and 10:00pm there are cars racing in the Dunhams parking lot and down Mall drive well above the posted speed limit signs. This has been going on for the last two years. My family and several of our neighbors have continued to called the Portage non emergency number over the noise with no improvement whatsoever. This last month the meet ups happening in this parking lot have become increasingly disruptive and disrespectful. There have been people racing on 4 wheelers in the parking lot the last two weeks. Last night people were playing music so loud the bass was vibrating our windows while the people are being increasingly louder and yelling profanities.

We have lived in the Southland neighborhood for almost 10 years now and this is just not the environment we know Portage strives to be.

Please help us with this issue. We want to enjoy having our windows open during nicer weather and be able to spend time in our backyards with our children. We need your help, attention and support in this matter.
