we have a overgrown grass issue trash and litter issue on Rice Mill Road. the local businesses that face piononia Avenue has not kept to the county or city codes of keeping their property up and well groomed and cleaned. they constantly omit the back of their property and leaving it overgrown a nuisance and insightful look for the community. I'm asking code enforcement to reach out to each and every business facing Pionono Avenue
