Description

this car has been around for about a week - no plates, bullet holes in windshield. On Friday 4/19 I saw a man and woman with the hood open trying to start the car, sat with vehicle idling for 20 min and then left. returned later that evening. Car had orange tag on driver's window yesterday but sticker has been removed.
