Description

Multiple vehicles dumping trash daily against fence line, causing bowing in wooden fence. Bikes, chairs, trash bags amongst other various items. Two people living in white can with flowers on top, at least one individual in rv next to it. Constant metal grinding or hammering throughout the day/into the night. Articles of clothing hanging on fence or tossed/blown into yard
