*account verified* Ms. Crystal Lewis (Property Mgr) called to request a red/garbage cart.. she was advised a Ryland cart was previously delivered to that property.. Ms. Lewis did say it was a recycling cart on the property.. but not a red one.. She was given the information on how to obtain a replacement cart.
