Descrizione
Sewage with feces overflowing from clean out at Building 30. It's flowing into the parking lot and where people walk. Was cleaned earlier but not very well, and it wasn't fixed because it overflowed again. This complex has a serious problem with sewage overflowing into walkways at many locations way too often. It should never happen. What can be done so that people in this complex don't have to walk through feces anymore?
