Description

This was reported 3 months ago and is still not resolved. Despite fines, the vehicle remains with 4 flat tires, rusted and abandoned, and has not been moved in many years and is an eyesore. How to get this removed? The issue is NOT resolved.

IMPC - 302.8 motor vehicles, states' No inoperative....motor vehicle...shall be parked, kept, or stored... and no vehicle shall be shall be in a major state of disrepair...' The white van behind this property has 4 flat tires, is rusting and has not moved for years. Previous complaint result in current license being placed but the inspector never assures that this vehicle operates and is movable, which it isn't. It's an eyesore and should be removed finally. Issue Closed

Service Request number W019661-121611 (original request number W01888-120111) has been closed/completed, The Community & Economic Development department advises "The case was heard in A.H. The finding was liable with a fine of seventy five dollars. The vehicle is now compliant", Thank you.
