Description
Homeless encampment blocking sidewalk and pouring over onto Cagua at the SE corner of Domingo NE and Cagua NE. There is litter, trash, and debris piling up around the encampment. Open drug and alcohol use as well public urination and defecation is prevalent as well. This morning they were burning a fire in the open.
