SPEED HUMPS, i have a small child who loves to play in front yard. he's 17mths old. Driving through Jersey the other day and noticed they put in new speed humps. Cars are driving much faster than the posted 30mph zoned. Even our cities finest has been seen and heard blowing by well over 65mph without lights or sirens.B&B Small Engines has offered for the police dept to put up the electronic speed sign on there property to analize the cars flying by.Can anything be done about the speed on ALCOVY ST.
