Why can't the city of tucson fix it then send ADOT a bill? ADOT may take weeks to paint over it and in the mean time it adds to the dilapidation of our city.
Hi Justin...you can also use this form if you would like: https://wwwa.azdot.gov/contact_adot/ Under "Select An Issue" there is an option to "Report Graffiti" Best of luck to you in getting this cleaned up quick and thanks for continuing to care about the appearance of our community. It seems more and more people are starting to care less and this is how entire cities gradually become slums and not very nice places to live in general.
One more thing and this comment is for user "graffiti abatement." If you have time to argue on SeeClickFix about it's not your jurisdiction or responsibility over the course of two days and back and forth, why don't you just forward these complaints yourself in the first place and then advise the complainant that you did so? A whole lot better than passing the buck. Thanks for the help.
