Thank you for your comments. Any drainage issue you may be experiencing in your yard would be your responsibility to correct. The City did not install any drains or storm structures on any private property in your area. There is a drain structure between #8 and #14 Briarleigh Way, however, this was installed by the developer 15 years ago at the time the subdivision was built. These two property owners are responsible for the maintenance of this structure and the pipe the connecting to the City's storm sewer system draining Briarleigh Way. It is my understanding that an inspector representing the City had a similar conversation with you personally, yesterday. We would be happy to work with you should you desire to install a similar type drainage system for your yard.
