This corner is a popular meeting spot for drug deals. Random cars (nice ones) drive up to the corner people get in and out in less than a minute. The windows are tinted so it's not visible to see exactly what is taking place but, you don't have to be genius to figure it out. It's pretty blatant, like no one cares. Sometimes people don't even get into the vehicles.
