I has to call inspection to get this fixed . They even advise to see about my rent because it seems too high

110 Yale Ave is not subject to rent control, therefore there is no maximum as to how much the landlord can increase the rent. The landlord may charge whatever he/she would like for this property. You can call the superior court at 201-748-4400 and speak to someone from the Tenant/Landlord Court division.
