Broken furniture and various garbage located in alley next to garage. A previous pickup was requested via 311, but the garbage has yet to be removed. Unfortunately, when it takes this long for it to be picked up, the existing trash encourages other people to add even more, and now there are also illegally dumped tires and other debris piling up along with the furniture. THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! PLEASE!!!
