Description

Kathy is reporting that there is a vehicle that has been left. She stated that the vehicle does look like it was in an accident. The driver side mirror is ripped off, front end pulled away and parts laying on the ground. She did mention that it is not blocking traffic and there is a note inside the vehicle with a name and number.
