Unkempt brush located at rear of property is being used as a haven for local drunkards and prostitution. Several calls have gone in to the 4th precinct. Tuesday this week a man was seen naked sitting on a milk carton in plain view of juvenile pedestrians. Requesting owner of property to either properly secure or remove overgrown brush to help accommodate police and private citizens in keeping certain elements under control and out of the area.
