You have refused to address the problem. My next step will be an email, with pictures and a link to this 311 request, to the head of PWE, the Mayor's office, and Councilman Boykins. This method has been successful before. If you wish to avoid that, reopen this issue, issue whatever work orders are required, and fix our street.

For those following this, an update: After the city closed the request without action, I wrote directly to the Mayor and Councilman Boykins. To date, I've received two direct responses, one from the Mayor's office, one from PWE. The service request number associated with the inquiry is now SR#1757706. I've been informed that PWE does have a work order on this, and that reference is wo#12443391.

I'm leaving this closed only because the reporting of the issue on this forum didn't elicit a proper response anyway--but I thought it was worth creating an update for any of my neighbors who are following this.

And this is what a closed ticket looks like. Thanks to the folks at the Mayor's office who made this happen. I would have preferred to have this handled through the normal 311 system, but I guess that's what's required.
