Description

The fence between 20 Auburn Ct and 12 Auburn Ct is one storm away from collapsing into our backyard. We wanted to replace it ourselves, but upon looking at our properly line it is on the property line belonging to 20 Auburn Ct. We just would like the fence to be replaced or fixed because parts of it keep breaking off and debris fly into our yard. About to have a baby so this is now a safety hazard. If it's on our property line we are happy to replace it, but we don't believe it is. If it is then we can clarify and just replace ourselves, but we are not able to do so if it is on the property of 20 Auburn Ct. Thank you!
