I was talking to a near by neighbor. She stated she saw someone sleeping in the enclosed area this morning. We continue to ask for help. Regarding this enclosed area near the trash cans. COC I sure wish you can come up with a solution. We the neighborhood of Promenade park have been asking for your help to keep this area clean keep Homeless folks out. Completely out. In addition. Keep The Homeless personal belongings away from the area. This is not a storage area for homeless folks. Sincerely.

I don't understand why there's not more police presence in the parks. And this particular issue is as old as dirt. No excuse that this is ongoing.

I believe Cameras are need is this area. You will have and idea of the regular homeless people who hangs around this area and leave clothes there and I believe they charge their phones here.

The HOPE Team are very aware of the "regulars" in the area.
I agree with cameras that are monitored by CPD.
