Large black & white spray paint tags on sidewalk and brick planters(facing building) along Otero. Appears to say 'KRACK' repeatedly. one set is so old/faded they re-did it copying identically right next to it. Smaller marker tags on garden level covered openings along lower building(120 E. Marcy) same stretch of sidewalk-West side of Otero between Marcy & Nusbaum. Criminal activity ALL HOURS day & night between brick planters/hedges and building.
