Description
There is a person in this vehicle who has not moved for at least two weeks. The car does not have plates.
He just sits in the car while it's running with the lights on constantly and just watches people enter and exit Knox Alley. He never leaves. It has become very uncomfortable for the people living here. Can someone please come and check it out before it becomes a problem?
Should the police be called? Please help.

I doubt it. They will just yell at you when you’re walking your dog on a leash and get rushed by another dog that broke out of the fence from the park at Knox and Morris and he will tell you to, ‘be more careful walking your dog.’
The dog that is on a leash (my dog). He won’t ask if your dog or the other dog is okay or anything. So, I won’t hold my breath on addressing anything of importance.
