Sharraxaadda

The underpass/tunnel under Marietta Street along North Avenue is noisy, dusty and has lots of cars going at high speeds. It definitely feels unsafe, but is especially bad because of all the dust that gets in your eyes from the passing cars and buses. Several people walk or bike in the area.
The sidewalks in the underpass badly need to be cleaned of the several inches of dirt that have built up.
