Hello, I own 2613 and 2617 Charleston St NE. The shopping center on the south east corner across from Hunter Bower Lumber has a tattoo shop, a smoke shop and a dispensary. They do not lock their dumpsters and people raid the trash cans at night looking for weed. They open the bags behind Hunter Bower Lumber and I have to pick the trash up because it all blows into my yard. Their are used bloody gloves from the tattoo shop and it's disgusting. I fill up a residential trash can every day with this nonsense. Something needs to be done about this. I'm sure this is not the only dispensary this is happening to.
