Jackie - I apologize for the confusion. As a matter of procedure, we close these types of issues as they come in because they immediately go on a list of daily maintenance operations for our field crews. It is quite possible that this was in fact overlooked and I apologize for that. I am reopening this issue and will assign it directly to the Street Division's General Foreman. This catch basin is not clogged. It has a DEP silt protector installed in it. It is a requirement for certain drain collection structures within a roadway construction zone. This device will be removed when the construction in that area is complete. Thank you, Ken Calder Streets Div Supervisor

The catch basin IS clogged on top of the silt protector. Since its been installed for 6 months, maybe its time it is cleaned and reinstalled.
