A "NO OUTLET" sign is not appropriate, as the no outlet condition does not exist. There are two entrances to the subdivision and a network of streets. These streets are all standard width streets. They are all public streets and open to all traffic. We are, however, in the process of evaluating possible improvements to the roundabout to better accommodate truck and trailer traffic. That seems to be the area with the most problems.
