Metal shelving was built several feet higher than wood fence and is being used to store what looks like paint/chemicals. Very unsightly from backyard.

278 dispatched to the address to investigate a 311 complaint regarding metal shelving built to high. I arrived at the address, but nobody was on site. At the time of the investigation, the place was closed. No visible violations or signage of a business, run from this place, was found from outside. On this day, I drove around, on the street behind, and I was able to see the shelving and materials from the street, but I was not able to get close enough to check the height. I posted a 1st notice on the front of the place to contact 278 for more information. Follow up scheduled.
