Where 675 south empties onto hwy. 138, there is a new No Turn On Red sign that nobody is seeing. This morning I watched 4 vehicles go on the red including a school bus. They need to hang the sign up by the light. People are honking because others aren't going on the red. An even better idea, get rid of the sign. There is a lot of time when there is no traffic coming and cars could easily turn right.
