Everett is worse...I see that Revere and Malden at least acknowledge the problems. Everett does not!

It's completely understandable that the need for services is great, but the customer service from City Hall and the Mayor's office needs an upgrade. Many requests are claimed to be repaired, etc. and clearly they are not. This is a partnership between City Hall and the general public and City Hall is not holding up it's end of the partnership. City Hall and the Mayor's Office is dropping the ball. The people of Revere deserve better.
