In addition to the missing lights, there are also two holes in the concrete median on Chamberlayne where power poles used to be. These are now sprouting cones and weeds, and need to be filled with concrete.
It's now 4-months since this was first reported. No work has been done, either on the missing lights or the weed-filled holes in the Chamberlayne Ave median, south of Azalea.
This issue is now one year old...why does it take SO LONG to finish these traffic light projects?? The four new streetlights tat are scheduled for the tops of the masts are still missing, and two old lights and their poles that are to be removed are still there. There are also several holes from poles that were removed in the median on Chamberlayne Ave immediately south that need to be filled with concrete.
This issue was reported FIFTEEN MONTHS AGO! Please finish the work by installing the missing street lights, and removing those which are supposed to be removed.
This issue is now 1-1/2 years old...please send notice to the proper party to have it resolved so this work, which is shown in your original bid documents for this project is completed.
This issue is now approaching 2-years...I suppose the contractor will never be required to actually complete the work that is shown in the contract documents.
