Description
Out of town owner not taking care of his property. Renters not cutting the "grass" which is by now nothing but weeds. Gutters have not been cleaned in at least three years and are overflowing with debris. White house is now lime green with mildew. Vines growing up the siding. Did not collect leaves in the fall so they accumulated on the yard and blew all around everyone else's yard with the winds. Oak and gum trees sprouting all over the place and this place will be a forest in a few years. Until 5 years ago, this was the prettiest house in the neighborhood. Now it's turned into an eyesore. I'm tired of knocking on the door and politely asking them to clean up.

And there are gum and oak trees growing in the gardens around the mailbox that just sprouted that any normal person would have pulled or cut before they got big. If left to grow much longer, they will become mature trees right next to the road which then become the responsibility of the city's tree department. Those trees will become a nuisance over time.
What is the ordinance about how many unrelated individuals are allowed to live in a single family residence zoning? How many students are living there?

Knocked on the door yesterday afternoon and this morning. No one will answer, though someone is home. The garbage cans moved between yesterday and today.
Also beer cans strewn around the side and back yard.
