This abandoned house has an overgrown lot and it is home to many feral cats that cause a nuisance in the neighborhood. It is not boarded properly and is a hazardous area for any pedestrian and citizen. Something must be done about this house! It's absurd that the city lets this happen. This house is wide open and anyone can live inside of it.
