New sidewalk is being installed. There is a section of sidewalk on the opposite side of Howard Street that is not installed due to raw sewage. This was reported last May and has been addressed again this year. City of Atlanta and Dekalb Watershed said it's not a public issue, but a private one. In the meantime, sidewalk is not complete and the public is exposed to raw sewage.
