278 dispatched to the address to investigate a 311 complaint regarding construction without permits. Site visit confirmed construction taking place. At the time of the investigation, I noticed the addition of an attached patio in the backyard, including siding repairs around the house with a possible re-roof. project manager with strata roofing & construction), who stated that he will go to the permit center today 5-5-15 to apply for the re-roof permit and he will submit the plans, later on, for the room addition.1st STOP ALL UN-PERMITTED work was issued to obtain all the required plans and permits for all un-permitted work.
